Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Return Window
Non-vintage items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. You will need to contact us within this window to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must:
• Be unopened, unused, and in the same condition they were received
• Include all original packaging and inserts
Opened items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Vintage Items
All vintage items are sold as is and are final sale. Vintage pieces are often one of a kind, with unique signs of age and wear that reflect their history. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
If a vintage item is not as described or you received the wrong item, contact us and we will work out a fair resolution.
How to Start a Return
Email info@vintagevillages.ca within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief reason for the return. If your item qualifies, we will reply with return instructions and the return address.
Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 48 hours if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Email clear photos of the packaging and item to info@vintagevillages.ca so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all standard returns. Once we provide the return shipping label, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund amount after the return is received and inspected.
Return shipping is only covered by us if the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
